Caipirissima Ingredients: - 1 1/2 oz light rum - half lime, cut into chunks - 1 tbsp sugar Garnish: lime wedge (optional) Muddle lime in a rocks glass with sugar. Fill the glass with ice. Pour rum and stir. Garnish with lime wedge. Caipirissima is a rum version of Caipirinha.
